Tosin Solidifies Fulham’s Defence

Since joining the South West London side, Tosin Adarabioyo has gone from strength to strength, playing every minute of every Premier League game. That statistic alone is a clear testament to the confidence the manager, Scott Parker, has in his latest addition.

Prior to Tosin’s arrival, Fulham played 4 and lost 4, in their opening fixtures and more worryingly conceded 11 goals while at it. Fast forward 3 months and the Cottagers are now sitting on a 6 game unbeaten run, which is a true testament to the stabilisation that Tosin brings when playing football. Excellent positional sense, numerous clearances and interceptions, a giant in the air with his aerial ability but also the skill to break the lines with cutting edge passes.

With Fulham now consistently blocking goal scoring opportunities, we’re looking forward to watching them transition into a more attacking threat and continuing to see them progress throughout the season.

I think you can definitely see the way he is, he’s a ball-playing centre-half, plays through the lines, nice with the ball and confident with the ball so there’s definitely that element that you can tell he’s been schooled in a certain way. He’s done extremely well, he’s got loads and loads of facets to his game, he can keep growing and become a top Premier League centre-half.
